EVERYONE at Queen City Roofing that I interacted with did a Great job, especially TJ as the estimator, Soren as foreman and the seven person install crew.
In advance of the install, Soren even had aerial photos of my property so he knew exactly which areas would need to be protected from the old shingles as they were being removed from the roof.

He was pleasant, honest, and presented us with straight forward information and pricing. It honestly was a night-and-day difference from other companies in a positive way. I felt very supported and informed pre-installation by Maria, and during the replacement Rigo was amazing as well. Rigo communicated updates to me along the way, made sure I understood, took photos and texted them to me, and was just a joy to work with. From the salesman to the last person cleaning up the yard all in one day, they never left the premises,everything they needed was brought in by the company. The only way you knew they were there the next day was by looking up and seeing a brand new roof!!

I liked how "simple" Queen City Roofing kept the sale. Queen City has figured out that overwhelming the customer with options isn't always worth it. They offered a solid performing asphalt shingle with color options and didn't bury me in choices. The crew was timely, professional, and respectful.
