I liked how "simple" Queen City Roofing kept the sale. Queen City has figured out that overwhelming the customer with options isn't always worth it. They offered a solid performing asphalt shingle with color options and didn't bury me in choices. The crew was timely, professional, and respectful.

Also Karen called me several times to inform me as to scheduling as well as to answer several questions that I had for her. I have a ranch with a breezeway and a two car garage and the job was completed in one day and when the installers left the yard was perfectly cleaned. Many of my neighbors have mentioned what a difference a new roof does to the look of my home. Tom left a company sign on the front lawn which I am in hopes that some of the neighbors in need of a new roof will call him. A very satisfied customer.
