I just wish my insurance company would have recommended them first. I dealt with Servpro and they stole from me. They lost my items and they couldn't find them. PuroClean was so sweet. They would call and say they were on their way. They would say that they were getting coffee and would ask if I wanted coffee. I had never even heard about them. I told my insurance company they should offer PuroClean first instead of Servpro because Servpro was terrible.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrea and Jon, the two technicians who did the work after a sewer back up in our crawlspace. It was a nightmare of an incident, and they showed compassion as well as professionalism. It's not a job that everyone can do, that's for certain, and they handled everything with a professional demeanor as well as a much-appreciated sense of humor.
