PuroClean has great customer service. However, when it comes to the Mitigation Specialist, they will say they will approve you for mitigation services. When the Adjuster comes out, the Mitigation Specialist backtracks on their word and says you don't need mitigation work. There is a high conflict of interest between PuroClean and Allstate.
