We had our pool area redone with porcelain tile. The sand-based grout material was not properly installed and never properly cured. The grout continues to be washed out between the tiles and creates a constantly sandy surface on the tile. The sand grout continues to get into our pool and into the lanai drains.
Hardscapes has refused to correct the problem even after our receiving a letter in March 2023, from their attorney, assuring us this would be taken care of. At this time Hardscapes refuses to return our calls. This has not been an acceptable experience.
