They were very timely and met every deadline that we discussed. They communicated well if there were any delays.

They were on top of things, but we were delayed due to ordering and drying of the floors. The previous owners had linoleum under the tile in the kitchen. They had to remove all of the flooring to get it to dry in the kitchen. Because of the difference in the flooring we had to replace all of the flooring in the kitchen and the living room, which was hardwood.

After we suffered water damage in January 2022 from a leak in an upstairs bathroom, our insurance adjuster recommended PRS. They provided a quick estimate and committed to complete the repairs to the bathroom and first floor within 30 days. Here we are ... December 2022 ... and the work is still not done. Along the way, they caused more damage to the new bathroom vanity and mirror, broke the waterpipe brackets inside the wall when trying to repair the pipes, and then refused to fix the additional damage. When I held the final payment pending their completion of the work, their very rude VP Rodney Harmon threatened to have his attorneys sue us for full payment. After I complained, he finally - and reluctantly - gave us a $450 discount off a $6200 bill. We paid to avoid going to court. Not a good experience ... and I would never use them again. Use Capital Construction or Wilton Construction instead.
