The representative left and I had no contact. Mya was the only one that was professional and contacted me. I would rate her a 5 but the rest of the company I would give zeros.
The workers at Premier restoration were very courteous and top notch. They were punctual when the work actually started and they cleaned up pretty well after they were done. They were hardworking and were attentive to some flaws after the completion of the job, and took care of the problems quickly. It seems they have people who specializes in certain areas and seemed knowledgeable with the scope of work that needed to be done. thumbs up!
Overall we are satisfied with the work. The only thing that required extra time and energy was finishing up details that were left over from the main bulk of the work.

I would not recommend Premier. Although most employees were friendly and I wish the best for them the quality of work was way below standard and expectations. Items were either stolen, missing, not restored, nor cleaned. Even AFTER our insurance adjuster told Premier to let me (the owner) review all items before being dumped, treasured and salvageable items were "dumped" without even asking if I would like to redeem them. Multiple calls and texts to the content manager went unanswered and ignored. Only when I contacted Insurance Adjuster or Alacrity would I get a response. Workers would be smoking, sitting and laying around throughout the day and not just on breaks or lunch breaks (very unprofessional). A redeeming quality was the demo manager. Although there were some sketchy workers and poor work quality they did help us move personal items that were not part of the demo. After much angst and frustration with Premier we received a call from Brian (I think that's his name) and they compensated me for cleaning my own items which was appreciated but would have preferred not to have gone thru that process. Dealing with the loss of your home and your things are already overwhelming and heartbreaking (especially during the holiday season and having a newborn) but to compound that with the challenges of working with Premier was just sad and disappointing. I wouldn't want anyone to go through that. With that being said, I hope changes are implemented internally so that Premier can become a better company and provide quality service for other families that are going through similar tragedies.
