The people who did the work were very, very nice. They could not have been nicer or more cooperative. It was a very difficult job and I give them a lot of credit for doing what they had to down there in our basement.

Serviceman was very nice and friendly! Only 1 item out of 3 was able to be fixed but was charged $415 for about an hour's worth of service without the on-line discount promised when I spoke to the scheduler and after I told her I went on-line to set up service but did not get a response.
