Our experience and equipment are second to none in the Phoenix market and we never cut corners but we do put your interests before our pocket book. We routinely help our clients avoid claims on small jobs through rental and advise so the homeowner can save their insurace for when it is really needed.
We are a family owned and operated company and are committed to providing people with excellent service for every aspect of their individual situation.We are not carpet cleaners or builders looking for another revenue stream.

Phoenix Flood came to our rescue from a less than scrupulous remediation contractor who wanted to tear out non-contiguous partitions, including kitchen cabinets, backsplash and granite counter, in our condominium to address a relatively small mold problem, e.g. "This is what we have to do if you want to obtain a clean air certificate from our hygienist." Phoenix Flood and its subcontractors remediated the mold problem, reconstructed the affected area and encouraged the certified hygienist to give us an expedited inspection and testing so that the requisite certification was obtained in just over a week without close to the destruction, reconstruction and attendant expense which the original scaremonger contractor intended to visit upon us. They were prompt to answer our initial call, met all scheduled work on the dates they indicated and were just excellent in all regards.
