PHI Decks was very professional and kept us well informed with a few delays that were caused by weather. The crew was very professional, and our deck was installed PERFECTLY! Very high-quality service and workmanship. Their quote wasn't the highest or the lowest but everything about them was worth what we paid for our deck. VERY responsive with any questions we had and their plans & renderings were helpful in determining size, configuration, color etc.

The scheduling and communication was suboptimal. The workmanship and quality was good, but it took multiple visits to get problems resolved. I am not convinced they are fully resolved.

The team took down the porch and deck to the frame, and rebuilt it. During the build, they were flexible with minor changes, and professional in craftsmanship and schedule. Of special mention, Jake oversaw the effort as project manager, and Brandon lead and the excellence in craftsmanship necessary to deliver the final product.I have since, referred PHI to others …..

We compared different companies for the project. What made us decide about PHI Decks is that they did not just quote the design that we wanted, but proposed a different design that would make the deck more functional, without adding too much cost. We loved the design and the cost was competitive compared to the others. The construction process was very good. They partner with a great company that made the stamped concrete floor in the patio. The result was exactly as they promised in the 3D design proposal. Finally, with the changes in temperatures, we had to make some small adjustments to the deck floor screws and patio ceiling parts, and PHI has been quick to send an expert (Eric) to adjust quickly. Once he was on the site, he also took advantage of the visit to make other minor adjustment that we hadn't even notice. It is great to have a company that goes beyond building a deck, but works early in the design, and also provides great customer service for years after the project is completed.

We love our new 3 1/2 season porch. It was built over the winter months so we really couldn't fully enjoy it until spring, but now it is an every day space for us The fireplace and IR heaters work great for keeping the space warm during colder days and the ceiling fan makes it comfortable even on warm days We are very happy with the final results and are using the space several hours a day which we rarely did before when we just had a porch. The PHI team was easy and helpful to work with as well. Definitely would recommend PHI to our friends and neighbors.

The sales and design process are great but the actual delivery needs some improvement. The communication was non-existent with the onsite crew and the communication with the management team only happened if we inquired.
