I’m impressed with the people that did the work as well as the product. They were professional on all levels: cleaned up after themselves, drop cloths for floors & furniture. Demonstrated how to operate double hung windows & cautioned me to allow time for caulking to dry thoroughly. I’ve had a lot of work done on this old house over the past few years, so their professionalism is much appreciated.

Work was done by 4:30, workers didn’t chatter and didn’t play any music.

They did a great job converting our bathtub to a shower. They demolished everything and cleaned up. All the plumbing was redone and the shower was completed from floor to ceiling. Very professional and friendly guys.

The project manager stayed in and tried to make it less stressful with the delays and installation issues,plus they upgraded the windows. That's a huge plus.

Haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet, so rating might go up after some experience with it.

Good quality of work and good product

The windows are amazing. The presentation was low key factual with zero pressure.
The quality of workmanship is obvious. They are built-in the United States.

The installer, Matt was very quiet while removing the old bathroom articles. Exceptionally professional, his attitude and work ethic were beyond reproach.

All we interacted with were great. Sales, installation was terrific, one day. All in all, everything went as expected. The only issue was price.

Overall, the experience was very good.

The install was completed a few days before the scheduled date. All in all it took about four hours to install all the windows.

The installer was very courteous and knew pretty much everything there is to know about the upgrade. Only one person did this install which is outstanding.

The sales rep Dee McLelland was very helpful and explained everything. Installation performed by Christian Castro was excellent and worked from the time he arrived till the time he finished the job. Installation was just as described by Dee and was actually done a couple of weeks earlier than first scheduled. I would highly recommend this company.

The great teamwork efficiency along with trustworthy communication led me and my family to a new level experience in our bathroom remodeling completion.

Communication is everything, especially when it comes to installation. Not sure if you had an installer that lived in Alabama? Person that installed lived 3 1/2 hours away in Florida which makes for a long day for him. Came back to complete the install on second day.
