Thank God for Peachtree company! We would not have an entirely new, beautiful, and rock solid roof without their hard work! They were the best experience we've ever had working with contractors. No complaints. 10/10. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Peachtree Company exceeded expectations. I dealt with Nick. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion. Any concerns were addressed. The cleanup was fantastic. My State Farm Agent said that Nick was one of the best evaluators that he had dealt with over the years.
We had Peach Tree do our roof and siding. We were not able to communicate with the roofers, and were blocked in our driveway almost all day. They came to us after our roof was completely taken off and then tried to add 14 more sheets of OSB to our project and then didn't tell us that we had rafter issues, that would stop the siding guy from doing his job. Also did I mention that the roofers were 10 days late starting the job, which also put the siding guy behind schedule. The roof looked ok when they were finished, but they did not do a complete reflashing of our chimney, apparently that was an additional charge that we were not offered or notified of. Now for the siding guy, he was notified the night before he was suppose to be on the job, about the job. He showed up to the job site and had to ask my trim carpenter about the details of the job. Then instead of being a crew like I was promised, it was a single man in his late 50's who showed up everyday at 11:00 am and left at 4:00 pm. It took this man 13 days to complete our job, his work was good, but it put us 2 weeks behind on our project. Not only was the siding guy slow he was also unable to do his job due to the above mentioned problems from the roofers. So after I was informed on a Sunday morning that it was going to cost me another $1000 to fix the issue, I had to fix it myself to keep the job moving forward. After the job was said and done, I had to haul off quite a bit of trash from the roofers and the siding guy. Then Peach Tree sent out the salesman to do final inspection and noticed several flaws in the work that was done, so he offered to have the guys come back out and fix them, which still to this day has not been done. After the walk around, in the dark, the salesman tries to tell me that I have a balance due for the extra materials and labor that was put into the job. I'm in the construction field and understand that there are unforeseen things that happen on job sites, but the level of incompetence that was shown on my job is unforgivable. I would not recommend this company to do a for anyone I know or the thousands of people I talk to a year in the construction field.

Everything is fine. Their customer service is fine and the contractor was really nice. However, the people who fixed the roof did not do it right. I would prefer no one else has to go through that.
They helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim, and they made everything really seamless. We didn't have to think about it much at all. They came out to us for all payments, and to answer any questions we had. They are very helpful.
