They were very knowledgeable about their product. Felt great about going with them but since the install that wasn't completed it has been downhill. Their communication is very poor. I had an install in Novemeber and they didn't install vents. We are now 2 months in and still haven't confirmed to get it corrected.

The salesman and craftsmen done an outstanding job. They discussed and coordinated all aspects of the job with me before, during and after completion. Peachtree Company is very professional and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs roof repair and shingles replaced.

The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job the first time. They had it finished in one day. I have had storms since then and have had no problems.

Brent scheduled Erik to come to my house on Saturday morning, which was the day after I called about a small leak in my bathroom ceiling. Erik was wonderful. He took videos of the water damage in the attic and the roof. He showed me Peachtree and Owens Corning videos and built a mini roof on my table. He answered all my questions and sent me drone pictures of the roof as they were working on it and when it was done. He made sure the area was cleaned up. I purchased top quality everything for this roof so I would not have to worry about replacing it again. I think it is important to go for quality over lowest bidder. I highly recommend Peachtree.

They were in and out. They keep everything cleaned and covered up. Anything that was damaged during the installation, was replaced. It was a great experience.

The instillation of the roof was good, but the communication of the timeline was very much lacking.

I would say the work they did looks good. I would not recommend them. I wanted a small piece of flashing fixed while the roof was getting done and it never got fixed. It discussed many times. I would have paid up front to get it fixed and of course I thought I was.

The initial presentation was very strong. I believe the company had a solid understanding of my needs, the benefit of the product, and execution of the roofing project. Subsequent execution of the gutter was exactly opposite. From no shows and missed dates, to pressure on payment when they didn't come to receive it, I will not engage with this company in future projects. For an expensive project, the discounting tactics felt shady.

I'm pretty happy with Justin. I think he will be able to address the issue and help resolve it.

I was very impressed. Hunter stayed very active in communicating throughout the project. He contacted us after the work was done to make sure everything turned out well. He even walked around the yard with a magnet to pick up nails and collected my insurance checks.
