The communication is very lacking and there seems to be a fundamental lack of oversight with all the different parties working on the project.

PCR did a tremendous job on my restoration. They made everything look perfect, and even came back to adjust/correct some very small things we noted, with no complaints and no charge. We could not be happier.

I probably wouldn't suggest PC Restorations for insurance work because I'm sure they would have done better if we had contacted them ourselves.

I made a great choice in using them.

The punctuality and service was good, but the workmanship was lacking.

sub floor in kitchen was left uneven nows theres a dip in the floor in front of our stove ,and the seems of the flooring are starting to break in several areas.

Have conducted business with this company on two occasions. Very friendly, courteous, and trustworthy employees who you can trust in your home. They do a great job.
