The salesman that met with me seemed like he just wanted to get a sale. He went over measurements which didn’t add up when the project was finally installed, I questioned the installers, they even came to me and asked me how I would like to utilize the extra space I had that the tub didn’t go all the way to the wall. The salesman didn’t go over that with me. The dimensions of the width of the tub wasn’t the correct width, I had called the salesman about it, he told me that the tub I received was the biggest size they had, that it was the “Cadillac” of tubs. I asked the installers about the size of the tub, they said that there were bigger ones. I had scheduled an appointment for them to come to install, but my father had passed away so I had to leave town, at first Ashley, the woman making the appointments in the office, was really nice and accommodating saying that there were plenty of openings, because I didn’t know when I was going to be back in town, I just picked a day, she said if that changes to just let her know. I came back earlier than I had expected, I called the office, hard to get a hold of her, then when I finally DID talk to her, she was very rude to me on the phone and said there weren’t any sooner appointments. I was taken aback by her rudeness, especially knowing about my current situation! When I became short with her and told her to have a nice day, she then wanted to correct her attitude with me. I told my salesman about her, he just made an excuse about how she was over worked. Not good or friendly customer service. I was also Shocked at the price quote I was given, I wasn’t informed about how much interest I’d be paying, I wasn’t
Suppose to get 0% for a year, that didn’t happen, and I felt like the salesman was pushing me to find more income, asking, does your son pay rent? Amy other income? After I had given him my income information. About the interest, he told me to look at my paper work when I get it online. He said, it’s all digital.

All of the professionals who worked on my shower remodel were skilled and respectful. The project was completed on schedule, and at the end of each workday my bathroom was cleaned so I could still use it overnight. I’m very happy with the work Pacific Bath did and highly recommend them.

This company backs up everything they say and goes the extra mile for complete satisfaction. Kohler hardware is a premium product with good life and warranty.

The product quality is good. Prices are too high. The installers were all nice, hard-working young men...but they failed to mention the gouge they put in my hallway wall during the install process.

The installers are the nicest guys, are so respectful and such hard workers.

The workmen were wonderful. They were proficient, knowledgeable, listened to my questions and gave clear understandable comments. They recognized the difficulty I had that necessitated a new shower. The plastic was cracking, to include the seat and this was well changed and provided safety.
