The salesman that met with me seemed like he just wanted to get a sale. He went over measurements which didn’t add up when the project was finally installed, I questioned the installers, they even came to me and asked me how I would like to utilize the extra space I had that the tub didn’t go all the way to the wall. The salesman didn’t go over that with me. The dimensions of the width of the tub wasn’t the correct width, I had called the salesman about it, he told me that the tub I received was the biggest size they had, that it was the “Cadillac” of tubs. I asked the installers about the size of the tub, they said that there were bigger ones. I had scheduled an appointment for them to come to install, but my father had passed away so I had to leave town, at first Ashley, the woman making the appointments in the office, was really nice and accommodating saying that there were plenty of openings, because I didn’t know when I was going to be back in town, I just picked a day, she said if that changes to just let her know. I came back earlier than I had expected, I called the office, hard to get a hold of her, then when I finally DID talk to her, she was very rude to me on the phone and said there weren’t any sooner appointments. I was taken aback by her rudeness, especially knowing about my current situation! When I became short with her and told her to have a nice day, she then wanted to correct her attitude with me. I told my salesman about her, he just made an excuse about how she was over worked. Not good or friendly customer service. I was also Shocked at the price quote I was given, I wasn’t informed about how much interest I’d be paying, I wasn’t
Suppose to get 0% for a year, that didn’t happen, and I felt like the salesman was pushing me to find more income, asking, does your son pay rent? Amy other income? After I had given him my income information. About the interest, he told me to look at my paper work when I get it online. He said, it’s all digital.

All of the professionals who worked on my shower remodel were skilled and respectful. The project was completed on schedule, and at the end of each workday my bathroom was cleaned so I could still use it overnight. I’m very happy with the work Pacific Bath did and highly recommend them.

The product quality is good. Prices are too high. The installers were all nice, hard-working young men...but they failed to mention the gouge they put in my hallway wall during the install process.

Sales rep was very upfront on how the install may look due to non-standard measurements, and other esthetic issues, so there were NO surprises when the installers actually started the work. The installers were also pro-active on keeping the work area clean, and also reiterating how the patterns may not match, the seams, etc., so again, there were NO surprises during the installation.

My rep, the head of the construction crew, and the construction crew were 100% customer related and customer concerned they made sure every question was answered

Call to schedule the completion of the job.

The crew put a hole in my wall. They did patch it but now I have to paint it. Also took several chips out of other walls. Also scraped up my vanity and told me oh you can repaint it. Not to happy about that

The price is high compared to other companies. The salesman measured incorrectly causing the installers to MAKE the shower fit in the space. Ryan Jackson and his assistant Mullik did a GREAT job on the installation of both showers.

Work stares on time finished early. Crew was respectful and courteous- very good experience and great results!

I would recommend Pacific Bath doing a bathtub to Kohler shower install to family, friends or neighbors. I trust them to do the job and they did it in 2 days as promised.

They were careful on how the removed old shower not to damage anything and there cleanup after removing and installing was great.

I liked the people who came and did the work, but there was issues such as a plumber from city of Henderson came to check the plumbing and it was OK then a Henderson worker came yesterday February 14 and he went into check the walk-in tub electrical and they had sealed the door so he had to get electric code electricians who put in the electrical to come out and get the door open so he could examine the electrical. I was worried they were going to ruin the walk-in tub it was kind of stressful and it took a long time also to get the door from the glass people that you use. They brought the wrong door the first time and then I waited another 2 1/2 weeks for the second door so finally I hope everything is OK and my sister who is handicapped really loves the walk-in tub but one day she was getting a bath and the plug handle to let the water out fell off and she thought she broke it, but I was able to put it right back on, so I hope we don’t have to call for any purpose from now on Thank you.

I am extremely pleased with the installation process of my shower. The two young men did an excellent job, they were on time and left the work area clean and tidy.

The sales agent needs to go into more detail about the insulation. Don’t assume that the buyer will know the correct questions to ask. It’s the little things that can make a good sales or break it.
