Everything was good, but it was very expensive.
We are very impressed with the crew of workers that came to our house. They were all cordial, respectful, helpful and answered any questions that we had. They were always here on time and worked efficiently. We are extremely happy with the results of their labor. We would like to acknowledge and give SPECIAL THANKS to the GC Sean, Robert, Luis, Orlando, and the rest of the crew.
The restoration phase after water damage took way too long. My family was in a motel for 102 nights. Per the owner of the hardwood flooring sub-contractor company, he did not look at the itel wood evaluation report until the flooring restoration was complete. The itel analysis report specifically listed the species of oak as WHITE not RED as was delivered and installed. This lack of attention to detail forced us to stain the entire downstairs because the difference between the old WHITE oak and new RED oak would be obvious. This sub decision forced us to request that our insurance company match the stairs and loft to what the downstairs was. So, the insurance company approved the supplemental estimate and the GC and floor sub stood to profit from this decision. The floor sub would not listen to me, the homeowner, and proceeded with ruining our stair handrails and loft belly cap handrail with poly as opposed to using the same water-based stain applied to all hardwood floors and staircase steps. The insurance company engaged a quality control employee at which a meeting was facilitated at my home with the GC president and all other significant stakeholders. The agreed solution was to replace new all the stair handrail components, balusters and belly cap. After 102 nights in a motel, we moved back to our home with our stairs made safe by installing two by fours to support the handrails. The stair handrail components, balusters and belly cap had to all be replaced by a different company which elongated the final completion of the restoration. Multiple balusters and connection points damaged or broken by the sub because they were never numbered the balusters when disassembled.
I would highly recommend them, they did quality work. It's a top-notch company.

Poor project management, poor time management, and no understanding of the customer's needs.
They were timely and efficient.
Outstanding support and reno work
Paul Davis Restoration did a great job, we had no problem and am extremely satisfied with what they did. They need to improve their communication with their client and I strongly recommend doing a walk-through with the client.
they contractors that did the work worked efficiently and did a great job.
They have poor customer service and inaccurate measurements. This led to extended time on the job and poor-quality work.
Paul Davis Restoration of Tampa was fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Both the design and the construction components made the process very easy.
She gave a review on Google.
They were great overall.
It is a very professional company. They do quality work.

I am satisfied with the service I received. They were timely, prompt, and I no problems.
It was very easy to work with Paul Davis Restoration of Tampa. I could reach out when I needed to and they answered my questions. It was a smooth transition getting things done.
They're extremely professional, from the day that Mark walked in to my house with estimate to the assistance from Andreas with selection and timing. Andreas anticipated some of my questions before I could even ask them. They're a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them. The supervisor, Robert, is excellent and is always there.
There was a lack of involvement from the project manager. He did not come back to check the work.
Paul Davis was wonderful and they took care of all of my needs!
When the project got started, it was rough. Paul Davis Restoration put Shawn in charge and he was beyond what I expected. He was great.
I already recommended them.
I am satisfied with the job done!
They were extremely professional at all times, exceeded our expectations on all aspects. All of their contractors and subs were excellent. Would highly recommend them.
Paul Davis Restoration and the entire crew turned my house from disaster to showroom. They paid the utmost attention to detail, and were sure to comfort and accommodate our family of 7 in the transition from warzone to beautiful new home. They were always available to chat, make recommendations, and go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Overall, we could not be more impressed!
The quality and service were exceptional.
You can't find a better company. They took care of the mold remediation and all of the necessary repairs. We are very happy.
Very thorough and they make sure you are 100% satisfied. Even though miscommunication may be there, call the office to make sure everything is okay. Paul Davis does everything in their power that everyone is happy.
Very professional, they were very good thourgh the whole process.
They were excellent all the through.
I am very satisfied with Paul Davis Restoration. They are professional and have a great attitude and workmanship. I am happy with the schedule. They lived up to what they said.
They were very professional and flexible with my schedule. Chris was awesome and all his workers were polite. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be more happy.
Paul Davis was great. They answered any questions I had throughout the restoration process, and the entire project was completed in a timely manner. The workmanship and materials were top notch. Thank you for a job well done.
We had a leak after the screed room was finished. They came right out and corrected the issue. I am very pleased with them.
They were very cooperative and flexible. Jason, the project manager, moved things around and fit our schedule. Mark, who helped us with the design, was flexible and friendly. They were all just very knowledgeable, and it was a good experience. They put sinks in on the day of my daughter's wedding rehearsal, and they delayed something for us because of the rehearsal. They were very flexible, and they did a great job.
Paul Davis Restoration of Tampa took care of everything in a timely and good manner.
Installers were were very neat and polite. I am just pleased with everything.
It took an extremely long time. I gave them a break because of the hurricane, but still. They ordered a lot wrong parts. It just took too long.
The process took too long and was too stressful. My carpet is still ruined.
I felt the person in charge of Paul Davis Restoration was very responsive. The company that Paul Davis Restoration contracted to do the work was responsive as well. The company they sent was even better than Paul Davis Restoration. He was on top of the situation. He was efficient and fast getting the tree off my roof. I told him that I had not seen a company with such great personnel, responsiveness, quickness to clean up the mess, cooperative, and helpful. Paul Davis was all those good things.
The service and workmanship of their contractors were horrible.
They got an emergency crew out that weekend to start emergency work while the rain and wind were still active. Once all of the approvals were in place the work proceeded continually until complete. They improved on poor design features of the original cage while building the new cage. I am very pleased with PDR of Tampa and have recommended them for other work, which they did get, as well as I would use them again in any future work.
