Paul Davis Restoration responded within an hour of my call to them regarding a fallen tree that struck my home. They took immediate action to prevent further damage. Mike Scott of PDR was invaluable as he guided us thru a many months long project to repair the damage. He kept us informed and was always available for questions and concerns.

He took his time and made sure we had quality service and the right resources at the right time. He expedited the restoration, so we weren't waiting on anything. They were professional, on time, engaged in the process, and I appreciated their diligence in their work. It was done quickly and done right. There haven't been any issues. They were reliable and dependable. When they said they would be here at a certain time, they were there. Mr. Robert Smith, was a great project manager

They did great work. It took a little while, but I had a unique gate that needed to be replaced. They had to find someone to build the gate. They did it, and it looks beautiful. They did a great job installing it.

Miles is a wonderful person to work with. So were the employees. Yes they were very good at keeping us informed

Paul Davis Restoration was professional, prompt, and did excellent work.

Absolutely saved me from complete disaster when a tree fell on the end section of my mobile home crushing my bedroom, a toilet and my study. Very luckily, I was not in bed at the time or I would not have been able to type this. I was able to make a few temporary repairs to protect against the rain on the night of the disaster and woke up the next morning wondering how I could even start to recover. Again, luckily, Mike Scott of Paul Davis called me after I had reported the damage to my insurance company and my worries began to be taken care of.

I would recommend them.

They were very professional and did excellent work. We are very happy.

We have been left hanging. One of the employees from Alacrity has said that they are offering us $1,000 in cash for us to get the blemishes fixed. To me, that is them admitting that they know they put in bad flooring. We haven't accepted the cash, because I am afraid it will cost more than that to fix the floor. Then it will be on my dime to fix it. We need to see how much it will cost to have the floor repaired. They have only said that two spots need to be repaired, but there are more areas than that. I don't want a half fix of the floor. It has been a terrible experience, it has been really bad. I like the guy that showed up, Mike, he is a good guy. The company he hired for the floor put in bad material, and they are not owning up to it. Paul Davis hired Southern Flooring to do the floor.

I could recommend some of the people he used but some were not that good.

They came on time and did not make a mess. It all turned out beautifully. They repaired everything. The ceiling had fallen in and they repaired it. They also painted the garage. They did an excellent job.

Due to the schedule and quality. We had to spend time asking for work to be done and corrected and fixed several times.

The guy that was spearheading that--he was so thorough and so good at what he was doing. He made sure before he got into my house that everything was intact and done right. He did a walk through to make sure the guys were doing what they were supposed to. He was the supervisor over it all, and he was awesome.

I would never recommend this company as a matter of fact, I tell everyone I know to run the other way when they hear their name. This is one of the worst companies in business. They lie, Very unprofessional, they damage your home and appliances and don't even make any effort to correct them. I had a small fire in a small Laundry Room and it took over 8 months to get it fixed. They damaged every appliance-Washer and dryer (which were brand new), freezer, stove and refrigerator--any time you say anything--they blow you off. The did not collect my $500 deductible but did not pay for ANY of the other damages that they caused. Also Southern Flooring told me that my floor had a 5 year rip and tare warranty but when hurricane Michael came and I had to move the fridge and it cut the vinyl (Paul) the sales rep now went back on his words and says its not covered. Not happy with them also--WHY CAN'T PEOPLE JUST BE HONEST UP FRONT.

I was very pleased of the workmanship of Paul Davis Restoration. The employees were very professional at all times, and I would recommend them to a friend.. They went over and beyond the call of duty when making sure they satisfied my recommendations and needs.
