The damage was done to our home in Florida. We are presently in Massachusetts. Kevin Blackledge was able to coordinate the repair by phone, text, and e-mail to our utter satisfaction. He had to make arrangements with our neighbor to unlock our door so that he and workers could gain access. He even let me pick out a new lighting fixture at a big box store web site and he picked it up locally. We are very pleased with the result .

Paul Davis Restoration did not do what they said they would do. The work that was completed was wrong or unsatisfactory.

The quality of the work by the crew was excellent. The crew was efficient, did not goof around, and cleaned well. The dumpster sat in the driveway 5 days after the job was completed. I tried to contact the supervisor, but I could only get his voicemail, and rarely got calls back. I had to call the inspector myself to see if the job had been inspected.

I don't like to give recommendations. It was not my choice to use Paul Davis. I wanted to choose my own roofer. My insurance wouldn't have that. They pushed me in that direction. I wasn't happy going through Paul Davis. I would have preferred to use my own company and the insurance pay them directly.

I am very very happy with the employees of Paul Davis Restoration and with the insurance company. Overall the entire situation I went through with getting the roof replaced was very very good. There's always room for improvement, but they really did great job.
