Through the entire process, I was very concern about the project, and I wanted to get it back to where it was at. I spoke with Scott, and he said Paul Davis will be getting in touch with you. He was the first guy I spoke with, and I felt like I wanted Scott to be the person to handle the job. He said Pat, I decided I will take over the job, and I thought that was wonderful. He was outstanding at communicating and always got back with me immediately. Scott was an awesome person to work with. With the adjuster coming out and him being there, made it go so smooth. What an awesome person he was.

We were happy with everything for the most part. What we were very unhappy with was that it took 2 months to get all of our repairs done. We felt like that was too long of a time period for all of the repairs to be completed. The other thing we were frustrated with was the communication with the project manager. There were times when we got the impression that he didn't know what other employees were doing and where they were at.

The work was excellent.

They were very helpful and understood our needs. We had a hard time with the claims adjuster and they reassured us that things were not handled properly on their end. Paul Davis Restoration of Fort Wayne assured us they were going to take care of us and we would be okay.
