All of my items were misplaced and or deemed as non salvageable. The hub took over 11 months to complete and they still did not complete the job to my satisfaction. The materials that were used were cheap and of poor quality. My bathroom ceiling now has mold appearing everywhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Justin Johnson and his team were amazing. Everyone from the cleaning crew to his movers to the people who did the repair work; they were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them.

I am pleased with the project manager and his main contractor who performed all updates. They were very professional and kept in mind my preferences about everything and worked around my schedule which was very important to me. I’d not hesitate to hire them directly for home upgrades in future.

They were very timely in getting the work done. They communicated very well with me and set up a timeline ahead of time, so I knew what to expect and when to expect it, during each phase of the restoration.

The Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Rock Hill staff were honest, professional, and did work with integrity. I appreciated that.

The men were very polite, and very responsive. They went out of their way to serve, and do what they were supposed to do. Not only that, but they explained everything they were doing.

I would recommend them to anyone. they treated me so good.

They were a wonderful group of people and knew what they were doing. They were kind, courteous, and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Andrew was very nice and respectful and I could count on him to follow through on my requests. The main problem is when Andrew was not on my job, he left it up to his work crew to answer any questions and field any complaints. This was not a good thing, since I cannot speak Spanish, and they could not speak English. Many questions would go unanswered for a day or so.

I had doubts that the vinyl flooring should be laid directly over the sub-flooring, but was assured this would be ok. Paul Davis did come back and repair one area where a depression had developed prior to our final acceptance of the job, but I can see other areas where to same problem has began to show up.
