Six to seven people had roofs done on our block. The other competitors were willing to interface with the insurance adjuster to try to get a more generous settlement from the insurance company, Patriot was not. That was a disappointment.

I can not say enough great things about Patriot roofing. Bill and Matt took care of me from day one of the initial inspection. Knowing nothing about roofs myself, Bill walked me through the process and even met the insurance adjuster at my home! Bill also told me about installing a fortified roof, which I knew nothing about. Some insurance policies cover that cost, however mind did not, but Bill still had a solution for me. He told me about a grant program through NCJUA that could cover the difference between a regular roof replacement and a fortified one. Long story short I was approved and did not pay anything extra out of pocket for a better product. As an added benefit I also saved some money on my yearly insurance premium because of this.Matt was amazing at helping me pick a color and drip edge, again I knew nothing about, for our home. He kept me up to date via text when the crew would be there to install our new roof. They showed up promptly when they said they would and were finished up before I got home from work. They even went around the house and picked up nails and debris. It looked as if they weren't even there!I would recommend Patriot Roofing Company to friends, family, neighbors, random person I met at a gas station, and anyone in between!I can not thank them enough for helping my family keep our biggest asset safe for years to come.

Quality Of Materials - We've only had the shingles up for about a month. We're still waiting for them to completely lay down flat, but other than that they look really good.

Patriot roofing is in my opinion the gold standard of customer service, flexibility and professionalism. They worked for two days 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I'm a fussy customer and didn't have to point our any concerns when the job was through. I would recommend Patriot Roofing and would use them again (Houston was my project manager). In my opinion, they're exactly what you want when looking for a roof quickly and professionally installed on time and at a ver competitive price.
