The room is still NOT finished after signing the contract in December last year, I can't get a response. Patio enclosure said I need to contact the construction guy. THE CONTRACT I SIGNED IS WITH P.E., they may have sub contracted the project, but it should NOT be MY responsibility to keep calling the contractor after patio enclosure got 100 percent of the payment .
The sales person sold me an electrical package that was not possible to complete. I had to call MANY times and keep asking for a credit for the electric that was not feasible or possible. The voicemail mailbox is usually full and even if I was able to leave a message, my call was NEVER returned. I would have to call time after time.
After asking questions, the office staff would never follow up and call me back. The lack of communication about the timeline, and answering questions is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. Maybe they are too busy.
The construction crew was VERY good to work with, Kramer communicated the timeline Very well.
Friends recommended p.e. and I've called several times inquiring when they would be receiving their referral bonus. I'm not confident that it will be paid to them.
