It started with your salesman, Todd, telling us we could defer installation until I was ready for the windows and doors to be installed. I was doing most of the deck renovation myself. There were things I needed to finish before the windows and doors could be installed. Todd told us even if the windows and doors were done and ready for installation your office could store the materials until I was ready. That storage only happened AFTER your installation manager and his crew surprised me with a call on a Saturday, while I was out of town, telling me they were on the way to begin install. I was never asked if I was ready for installation. I was very unhappy.

Additionally, two days before I got the call on Saturday I had a conversation with Christine from your office and told her we were not ready for installation. It would be at least another two weeks , as I my grandchildren in town and did not want them to get in the way of your crew, as they could only access the back yard where our deck is located. And her response was Okay. She would let the installers know. That communication from Christine to your installers apparently never happend.

It’s been almost two years still not done.

Horrible installation process that took over a year with 4 different groups of 3rd party unprofessional installers.

If you look into this you will know why. You are a TERRIBLE company.

It should not take over a year to complete the project. Despite multiple phone calls, which were not answered or messages which were not returned. I had to call BBB to get the project finished. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

The product and people we worked with were great, but communication and timeline was lacking. We were told the project would take 7 days to finish once they started. The project dragged on for months while we waited for the gutters, screens to be replaced that came damaged, etc. We also were left with a mess in our backyard. We found 30+ long nails and screws buried in the dirt, which could have really hurt our family, pets, and children.

There were a few stumbles along the way after signing my contract before the build started, but I am extremely pleased with the finished product.
