Where do we start??! From the promises of someone stopping in for regular inspections during build to the tremendous lack of customer service to the constant delays. And of course the door has no lock whatsoever. Just a knob. It was a total nightmare. No one ever stopped by except the workers “to make sure we’re totally satisfied “. Your salesperson definitely sell ice to an eskimo. I will tell anyone considering your company to wear boots for all the BS promises they will hear. Converse TX

Lack of communication between departments seemed to be very bad. One department didn’t talk to other department so this caused confusion and caused installation delays.

Disappointment with this company was due to miscommunication and lack of communication between your departments in which right hand didn’t know what the left was doing.
