I really enjoy my new enclosure. just took longer than expected.

Poor communication with me about when workers were coming. Poor design related to my stairway and the entrance from it into the sunroom. Materials were left on the grass in summer heat for two months killing the grass. Length of time to completion was over four months. I was out of town when the door was installed. The threshold was placed on the top stair without and landing so it had to be stepped over to the lower stair. The threshold is 4 inches high which becomes a tripping hazard besides the problem with the stairway. Neither of these things are up to code. I am 82 years old and cannot use the entrance safely. I sent pictures to the company almost a month ago with no response. The. Door needs to be moved forward in some way. The original contract was for a sliding door and the change was made without a new contract being signed.
