I am very disappointed in the entire process. High price, terrible communication, product promised was not delivered, and follow-up to requests have gone unanswered for over 3weeks. I have been contacted by so many different people, I have no idea who has what role.

I had a huge problem with having damages caused during installation repaired. It took about 3 months. Fortunately, I was able to get in contact with Kristi. She was able to have Jose (I thought his name was Jesus) show up in one day. Jose (or Jesus) was able to effectuate repairs in one day! This combo made a positive impact on my impression of the company.
