Wanted your company to know that we are disappointed with the execution of our project. Scott Steele boasted that it would take two days which turned into about nine weeks. An employee at Patio Enclosure’s made it a point to call us and tell us that our project and materials were ready to go ahead of schedule. But what happened was when they came to install everything they were missing parts like windows and wheels to windows and other trim pieces and a window that goes above the door. Absolutely ridiculous because they left us hanging for weeks, waiting for a truck load of materials to come deliver.
The person that installed our windows and installed them crooked. I am upset because if you look at the top, the windows are not flush, and they do not look symmetrical. What a disappointment.
