Follow up and replace my defective door

Project took 6 months to complete with multiple cancellations and poor communication.

The whole process was exceptional, the install was excellent and the product was high quality. Glad we went with Patio Enclosures for our new entrance door product.

I sent a seperate review for this with how the overall process was handled.

We are pleased with the finished sunroom, but there were water intrusion issues that had to be repeatedly addressed.

The project took longer than expected. There were some days when the workers failed to show up while claiming that they did. They did not clean up when they finished and did not return the furniture back inside the room. They also failed to reattach the mini blinds.

Easy to work with and helped a lot

The screen room looks nice but I think the price point is a little high for what it is.

The structure they built is beautiful. The minor issues were corrected.

Submitting drawings to receive building permit took a long time. Then had to wait for materials to be ordered, meanwhile Greensky starting sending invoices before I had any construction.

a window and door don't close smoothly and the flooring edge showed and did not run the trim pieces all the way back or cover the side of the step under the house

It turned out nice.

We appreciate the prompt service Patio Enclosures gave us throughout the entire process.

The installation was very quick and accurate. The new glass panels move easily and lock in place with little effort.

The quality of the installation and the materials that were used was exceptional.
