Over promised, under delivered.
My frustration with how this patio enclosure project has been handled.
In November 2025, the team began installation. At that time, we had been assured the enclosure would be completed before Thanksgiving. A few pieces were installed (incorrectly), and the crew left without clearly communicating what was happening. After we contacted the office, they told us the pieces they had were the incorrect size. So they could not finish the installation. They were either manufactured incorrectly or their measurements were incorrect.
Three and a half months later, I was contacted by Becky and she told us installation could resume on Friday 2/27. We agreed. However, no one informed us that one of the windows was missing and not even on the truck from the factory. We had partially completed enclosure, and I am being told it will be a minimum of three more weeks before the missing component arrives.
This project has been significantly over-promised and under-delivered. The lack of communication, incorrect measurements, and incomplete delivery are unacceptable. We have been extremely patient, but this situation needs immediate attention.

Incredibly disorganized. Call backs not timely. First installer ruined our yard by parking on it; second installer never showed, then showed up late when he did show and then dogged the job on his phone in my driveway after he’d finished our job to avoid having going onto the second job, I’d assume, as we were waiting for him to leave so we could get on with other affairs we had that day. The secretary that handled our account quit mid job. The person who was in charge of our job after it was finished was inundated with the aftermath the installer left in our yard, scheduling, payment and everything else possible. He was difficult to get a hold of and couldn’t keep up with what the company was expecting of him. The day before Thanksgiving he called us to see if “we had received our dirt and seed pallet from Lowe’s” and I told him under no circumstances would we be receiving ANYTHING in the mushy snow and that NO-we did not have room to store a pallet in our new garage. (?) he cancelled the order. I have yet to receive a photo he promised of our pallet stored somewhere (?) dry in a warehouse with a tarp on it-that he said he was forced to order and hold in a warehouse-despite our concerns of it possibly getting wet and growing mold-in order to close out our account for year end. It was like being in a comedy of errors. We are 35 year patio enclosure customers and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again.

You didn’t arrive on multiple scheduled date, you didn’t bring materials you needed, you didn’t know how to install the blinds, you placed the wrong order and forgot to include part of the order, it took 6 months from the time I ordered the blinds until they were finally in. Also, I continuously had to call multiple times until I got a response.
We are especially pleased with the communication with the designer, how she dealt with our HOA and the install was in One day!
Everyone has been very helpful and has kept me informed throughout the process
Started with not getting our order correct, misrepresenting what we were ordering, consistently not arriving on scheduled days, not returning my calls, not bringing blinds and installers having to leave, not knowing how to install blinds, constant delays, after 5 months the blinds are still not completely up.
