Wasted my valuable time with problems that should have been addressed with the crew that came through the first time. Caused more issues than solutions in the installation of the product.

Better communication with office staff-quicker response.

Our salesperson left the company before the project was started. There was confusion at installation regarding trim replacement that necessitated a call to the home office to resolve. Door handles had to be aligned after initial installation as installers said they could not fix during installation.

Customer service! I have made several calls because of an issue with my patio and I have not gotten a call back. There was an issue with design. The original plans showed one door centered on the patio. When the initial installers put everything in there were two doors with a solid screened panel in the middle. Two panels were the wrong ones so those were ordered. When the installer came to install he put the doors side-by-side but if one is opened the other door cannot be opened. I asked if they could be put back where there was a panel in between the doors like before and was told that the way it was(with the doors side-by-side) was how it had to be. Make it make sense! $14,000 for the project and no one can make it right? It needs to be fixed! This isn't the way it was initially designed. I am willing to have the two doors on either side with a screened panel in the middle if need be but what is here now is unacceptable.
