Communication was extremely poor. Toward the end, Ashlei stopped responding to my messages and phone calls entirely after I began raising concerns.

Calls not returned in a timely manner, most not returned untill we called several times. We were not given the door that was promised, its flimsy . We have called many times, and told they are digging into it. That was 2 weeks ago. We have called several times since and not heard a word. I would not recommend this company

There seems to be lack of discipline and issues within the project group. You don't pull your installer for another job, supposedly, while he is within an hour or two of finishing the job.
