My only line of communication was the office and I had to let them know what was happening on my job site. They have no care for the job once that has been started by your subcontractors which I was originally told we’re not subcontractors. For such an expensive project, there was no overseeing. That left me to have to keep calling for concerns. It went as far as when the subcontractor did not show up. They had no knowledge of his whereabouts. My project was delayed a week due to illness, and if it were not being done by subcontractor, it would’ve been a team ready to take over the sales person knew I had hesitations because I asked the questions specifically
