We had our screen on our deck door replaced when the old one would not operate correctly. We are previous Paramount customers and were very satisfied with our prior experience. Jon came to our house and quickly recognized the issue. He recommended a replacement screen which we went ahead and ordered. Jon was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable and was great to work with. Dan and Gannon were our installers and also did a great job. They were right on time and they took great care in our home by placing a runner on the floor to protect our hardwood flooring. They also wore masks which we also appreciated. When the installation was completed, they showed us how the new screen operated. They also explained the warranty and maintenance of the screen. They even left us with a bottle of spray on oil to keep it work smoothly. Once again they impressed us. If we need any doors, windows, etc., in the future, we will definitely call Paramount.

We purchased the Phantom Screening system for our back patio. The sun is very intense in the morning. Therefore, we got one of the highest solar reflected screening available to block this intensity, plus this type of screening gives us some privacy too. It took 2 months to receive the screening system. The 2-month wait wasn't an issue as we live in Colorado. The weather was still harsh when we ordered the system.

The installers - Kris and Dan - did an excellent job installing the screening system. Most of the installation was completed in one day. Kris and Dan had to add extra molding and some other wood modifications to several of our pillars to ensure an accurate and flawless installation. Everything was leveled, tested and retested. Kris and Dan came out the second day to caulk the various joints and rechecked the system. Then the various features of the system were explained and shown to us. Maintenance requirements and warranty services were explained. A can of lube was also given to us for the various tracks in the system.

We can now keep our patio doors open as the screening system provides another "room" to live in. Paramount is great to work with, kept us informed about the status of the delivery/install, and provided an excellent installation job.

Additional Comments - We loved Scott. He was awesome and knowledgeable. One thing that we really liked about Paramount is that they have a showroom. We went in and found a different siding which was an upgrade. The brick and mortar building was attractive to us. We would highly recommend Paramount Siding and Windows to anyone. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and the material.

We are very happy with all the work the different teams performed. All the work was done perfectly and on time! We recommend Paramount to anyone! The windows are superb!

Paramount went all out in helping us plan for, select and install new Sunrise windows and one patio door for our home. We could not be happier with the results because Sunrise windows are top quality and the Paramount team did a remarkable job on the installation. We replaced 28 windows in our house and now the house stays cool even on hot summer days. Over the past several weeks, the house has been at or below 72 F even during late afternoon when the outside temperature is in the high 90s F because the new windows reduce solar heat gain dramatically. An unexpected benefit has been that our indoor plants are loving their new lighting environment with greatly reduced UV light but still plenty of natural light to keep them thriving. All in all, the new Sunrise windows are likely to become one of the best home improvement investments we've ever made thanks to Paramount's quality installation at a very reasonable price.
