It was a bad experience with Joe never having good communication with his foreman. They bad mouthed each other. It took 8 months for my kitchen. They blamed pandemic on everything, no one even worked on my house for 2 to 3 weeks at time. Joe went on vacation and his lead person didn’t know that. The cabinet guy was the best he actually put up drywall and did extra work just so I could have cabinets installed by Christmas. Do not use this company, I wish to god I had gotten the insurance check and hired my own contractors.

Palace was good, professional, honest, and trustworthy. JR and Kyle were good, their work was accurate and professional. I was disappointed in a couple of their subs. The tile work in particular was not good and I would not hire that subcontractor again. Overall Palace was good and I would recommend them.

My house flooded due to a toilet breaking, and my fiancé's mom recommended Palace Construction. We told them that we needed them, they totally fixed the affected area and more, and it was pretty quick.
