I really like the quality of their work. The people showed up and did a good job. The lead supervisor was very good about making sure the people did the work. If he saw anything that needed to be addressed, he took care of it right away.

I would recommend Pacific Exteriors LLC to people who were in my situation where I needed insulation replacement but I would warn them about my experience.

I think they are probably a great company, however communication was terrible. The first PM I had was good, but then all of a sudden he was always gone, then after weeks of no communication, I was informed he was no longer my PM. This happened again with my 2nd PM. Then I had a 3rd. Promises were made about getting things done and then I would never hear from them. If I never called asking questions and when things would be done, I think my project would still be ongoing. Communication was unfortunately just terrible and I would rather have had another company with better customer service after it was all said and done. That being said, the admin staff of the company was always really helpful, and the crews working on site did great work. Only issue I have is some lifting caulk, I think likely due to the conditions outside when it was applied.

Amador was even more thorough than I asked, making sure the project was perfectly executed. Hardy board is pricey, but I will have this siding for many decades to come.

They provided excellent communication throughout the process. I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Pacific Exteriors LLC helped us out with our project during the pandemic. Even though things were difficult at that time, they met all of our expectations.

Pacific Exteriors as a company is very good at selling their product. However the construction crew was disappointing in that 1. They did not speak english so that when we walked the job while under construction, they couldn't understand our questions. 2. The project manager was MIA most of the time so that our questions were not conveyed or answered in a timely fashion. 3. The construction crew didn't show up on the job until mid-morning then would stop for lunch a couple hours later working late into evening after dark wearing head lamps so they could "see" what they are doing. We considered it an unsafe practice working in the dark with climbing high-up ladders and garden rockeries made us concerned for their safety.

Pacific Exteriors LLC has good-quality products. The end result was exceptional. I would recommend that anyone who works with them get everything in writing and hold them to it.

Overall, they did a wonderful job on the finished product. I can't fault the crew for delay in materials. There was a screw-up on the order.

Everyone was great to work with. The job was done well and any issues they found were discussed with me in a timely manner.

Initial sales person was fantastic, professional, quick and thorough. The issues started after the first day of the installation. The first crew came on time, worked fast and did a seemingly great job. The next day they simply didn't show up! The two-day job then turned into a THREE WEEK JOB. In addition to the huge delays, the workers they found to actually show up came and then didn't do any work because they "needed materials". Then they told Pacific Exteriors they called out sick. When the work was complete a walk through showed the guy who did some of the work didn't do a good job, with gaps in the siding alignment Exposing the underlayment and some trim pieces had to be replaced and done with different sized materials. The cleanup wasn't very good at all to top it off.The rubber pieces from the barrier end up all over the place and resemble tic tacks split in half and there were staples and nails all over my driveway and yard despite then laying down tarps and using a magnet afterwards. I attribute the mess to some of the workers rolling up the tarps because they needed room for the dumpster to be picked up, but at least take the time to look over the area afterwards. We were lucky none of the nails ended up in our car tires. I also purposely set aside some siding they removed to reuse on a different area, then the other crew threw it away! They did end up replacing it with a new piece, but not until a week after the job was finally complete. I cannot recommend this company in the least and would say use someone else who may even be more expensive, but I bet that extra money would be worth it to avoid the hassle, delays, and frustration of Pacific Exteriors' contractors work ethic, professionalism and inability to show up two days in a row to finish a job.

Although I am happy with the quality of the work and the construction process was great, the sales and project management was terrible. The savings grace was they took full responsibility and did what they could to rectify the problems. And overall everyone was extremely friendly, just wish we were listened to.

Pacific Exteriors was very professional and competitively priced. Best off all, the quality of work performed was excellent and very fast. Unfortunately, I felt the Project Management was lacking. Very courteous but just not around enough to supervise and direct the workforce.

Both the salesperson and the job foreman were incredibly kind and really listened to what I was wanting to accomplish. The designer that I was connected with to get colors and 3D pictures of the home was really helpful, and I really appreciated her. The crew was on their job, and they checked in with me. They were very patient with me, and I was watching the process and staying out of the way. There was one little glitch that happened, and the job foreman was on it and took care of everything financially that happened. Accidents do happen, and he checked it out and got on it right away. My home was the talk of the neighborhood, and it still is.

The quality of workmanship is good. The project manager can be hit or miss depending on which project manager you have. Expect the timeline they give to not be the reality.

Ron Butler was an extraordinary sales person and Ron Boise was an exceptional individual to work with. Uriel and his crew were amazing and really brought the manpower to complete a very technical job. There were a few schedule challenges but the job was completed and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Our experience was very positive with all aspects of the project. Because it was during Covid getting materials, such as delivery of the windows we had installed, wasn't as smooth as it would have been otherwise but Pacific Exteriors was very flexible working with us on a schedule. Overall the project went great with minimal disruption of our lives.

My house needed so much work. It was old siding. The windows were horrible. The transformation of what my house looks like now is just beautiful. I'm very, very happy with it. It was nice working with their designer to figure out the different colors. The painters who did the finishing work were amazing. They were really top-notch. Overall, the transformation is great. It's what I was looking for. It's really nice to work with a company who does siding, windows, and painting, so you're not trying to find different contractors. I appreciated that.

From my first interaction with the estimator, Brad Thien until my project actually began, the project manager, Andy Aydelott communicated with me where I fell within their schedule of work due to high season of repairs. Once the project got started, Andy was an excellent representative and support to me. He was not only available to me via phone, text but arrived on site to ensure the project was running smoothly even though we created a few challenges ourselves. There were too many things to list that I feel Andy went provided exceptional service to me and my family during the project period.

We have a house with aging (read: rotting) cedar siding and our location is mostly in the shade year round. We were looking for a siding option that could withstand the constant damp. It was a long process with a few rough spots early on (we needed to be assigned a new project manager that could handle the scale (huge) of the project) but we are now proud owners of a full house re-side with James Hardie fiber cement siding. The evening blue color with brown trim looks perfect in our wooded location and everyone we meet in the neighborhood has commented how lovely it looks and as a bonus because we did not expect this, but the house interior is actually quieter now that the siding is done (less road noise, etc). The team at Pacific Exteriors was willing to come back out to correct anything that had been left unfinished or needed work, no matter how many trips it took. I would definitely recommend.

The staff, project manager and work crew, were very professional and courteous. The finished product is great. I was offered a cheaper alternative that is better and longer lasting. My only critique was after the job was completed. It took numerous phone calls and well over a week until the remaining material was removed from my house. However, that was a small critique compared to the overall finished job. I would highly recommend them.

It has been a year since the installation and I am still getting compliments. I am so happy with the results, it was amazing transformation. The material look outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their siding replace, you will not be disappointment.

I found it easy to work with each of the staff, each step of the way, starting off with the positive interaction with the estimator, Michael. The office staff were pleasant and responsive and on top of things. Jason was our project manager and was ready with answers to my questions. The crew of Eduardo, Antony, and Immanuel were pleasant to work with and they paid attention to the details of the job. We're pleased with the result. The difference between the 1950s siding and the new is huge!

It was great to have such a great team working to complete our project. Certainly not their biggest job but treated us like we mattered. They did a great job.

The new siding is an improvement over the previous siding which was dated. A cleaner look.

Superior in all phases of the project. An unavoidable delay b/c of rain and the coronavirus that put off painting the Hardie board til spring, but they got right on it and it looks great.
