Our project was delayed several weeks from the original start date but once it was begun, it went very quickly and professionally.
Very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship and New Exterior look of our home. We have literally had 3 or 4 passer byes stop and ask who did the exterior of your home and are you pleased? Amazed with the reduction of outside noise. Also seemed to help with our heat retention this past winter.Thank you all involved for doing such an awesome job!
They were very professional to work with. They provide great communication. They have a great crew who showed up on time and delivered what we wanted.
Joe was a great project manager.
Absolutely. Already have.
We have a large house. The two-man crew were fast in their work: removing old siding, wrapping and putting new Hardie Plank siding on. The process lasted 3 weeks, after which the painting crew came in and finished up. The house looks just fabulous!
I'm a real estate professional and the experience from start to finish was beyond my expectations and beyond what they even had promised. The project manager went well beyond his job description to make recommendations and made the project turn out amazing. I've met neighbors that I didn't know just because they stopped by to compliment me on what they did.
It was a fantastic experience all the way through. If I had to do over again, I would do it again with Pacific Exteriors LLC.
I think they are probably a great company, however communication was terrible. The first PM I had was good, but then all of a sudden he was always gone, then after weeks of no communication, I was informed he was no longer my PM. This happened again with my 2nd PM. Then I had a 3rd. Promises were made about getting things done and then I would never hear from them. If I never called asking questions and when things would be done, I think my project would still be ongoing. Communication was unfortunately just terrible and I would rather have had another company with better customer service after it was all said and done. That being said, the admin staff of the company was always really helpful, and the crews working on site did great work. Only issue I have is some lifting caulk, I think likely due to the conditions outside when it was applied.
Andy, Francisco, and Luis were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond in all areas of their work. Those 3 really made our project worth it.
recently had the opportunity to work with some excellent service oriented professionals with Pacific Exteriors LLC. From my first interaction with the estimator, Brad Thien until my project actually began, the project manager, Andy Aydelott communicated with me where I fell within their schedule of work due to high season of repairs. Once the project got started, Andy was an excellent representative and support to me. He was not only available to me via phone, text but arrived on site to ensure the project was running smoothly even though we created a few challenges ourselves. There were too many things to list that I feel Andy went provided exceptional service to me and my family during the project period.
Pacific Exteriors is a good example of how to treat customers when things do and do not go perfectly.
We have a house with aging (read: rotting) cedar siding and our location is mostly in the shade year round. We were looking for a siding option that could withstand the constant damp. It was a long process with a few rough spots early on (we needed to be assigned a new project manager that could handle the scale (huge) of the project) but we are now proud owners of a full house re-side with James Hardie fiber cement siding. The evening blue color with brown trim looks perfect in our wooded location and everyone we meet in the neighborhood has commented how lovely it looks and as a bonus because we did not expect this, but the house interior is actually quieter now that the siding is done (less road noise, etc). The team at Pacific Exteriors was willing to come back out to correct anything that had been left unfinished or needed work, no matter how many trips it took. I would definitely recommend.
The staff, project manager and work crew, were very professional and courteous. The finished product is great. I was offered a cheaper alternative that is better and longer lasting. My only critique was after the job was completed. It took numerous phone calls and well over a week until the remaining material was removed from my house. However, that was a small critique compared to the overall finished job. I would highly recommend them.
It has been a year since the installation and I am still getting compliments. I am so happy with the results, it was amazing transformation. The material look outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their siding replace, you will not be disappointment.
After the initial consultation with the Salesperson, communication went really, really dark. I sent email after email trying to get answers and timing. Eventually, I received a response, and timing was months later than I was told when I met with the Salesperson. The promise of fixing any underlying damage as part of the cost was overstated in the original contract, I had to call it out and talk to the project manager about moisture-rotted wood underneath the old siding, and then they wanted to charge me extra to fix it. The work crew was great, showed up every day in a timely manner, were really nice and helpful, and kept things really tidy during the construction.
Overall the project turned out really nice.
I found it easy to work with each of the staff, each step of the way, starting off with the positive interaction with the estimator, Michael. The office staff were pleasant and responsive and on top of things. Jason was our project manager and was ready with answers to my questions. The crew of Eduardo, Antony, and Immanuel were pleasant to work with and they paid attention to the details of the job. We're pleased with the result. The difference between the 1950s siding and the new is huge!
It was great to have such a great team working to complete our project. Certainly not their biggest job but treated us like we mattered. They did a great job.
We had a older post and pier built home with ugly skirting and wasn’t sure that any contractor would be able to make the home look modern but let me tell you Pacific exteriors was able to amaze us, looks like a normal new home nowThanks for a job well done
The job was professional and detailed. The work crew were great - hard working, friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed them. I got a good value for the job done. We continously receive compliments on how nice the house looks. Definitely, I would recommend Pacific Exteriors to others. It is nice to do business with a company like this. Thank you all very much!
The new siding is an improvement over the previous siding which was dated. A cleaner look.
Superior in all phases of the project. An unavoidable delay b/c of rain and the coronavirus that put off painting the Hardie board til spring, but they got right on it and it looks great.
I would recommend that anyone who is planning to install new siding on their home call Pacific Exteriors and include them in your project.
We love our new siding! Our project manager answered all of our questions and even helped us on color ideas. All issues on our older home were fixed as the new siding was installed. The crew lead and project manager took extra time to show us areas that we wanted to see when the old siding was removed. The crew was extremely efficient and courteous! The entire house was done in just over a week, including three new windows installed. Follow up was great to ensure no details were missed. Thank you!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Pacific Exteriors LLC as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
