I've had them do two roofs for me in the past, and I am currently discussing a 3rd roof project. I'm very happy with their work.

They are disorganized, and dishonest. This entire thing was a nightmare. They lied about permit delays. There were no delays, it was done online in the city of Pasadena. They strung me along for two weeks without giving me information. They didn't have dedicated roofers. Furthermore, they sent two guys out to tear the roof off, and they didn't have a ladder. My neighbor loaned them his ladder. They worked for an hour and left. I called the company, and they said they would send someone out the next day. They increased the estimate without giving a breakdown. I was working with my insurance company, and they were asking for more information. I think the insurance company holds them accountable for what they are doing. They had to redo part of the roof because it didn't pass the inspection. The work was shoddy. It took two months to do the roof. I watched m neighbors get their roofs done in three weeks. There was only one roofer that worked on the roof at a time. He would work a few hours and the next day another guy would come out. Then on the third day, another guy would come out. They never had a dedicated roofer, and they had no identification. They were independent people that came out. Furthermore, they didn't have licensed trucks or anything. This was a shady deal.

I couldn't believe how professional and clean they were. After each day when they left they cleaned the landscape areas of my yard which was lovely. I think Nick was extremely helpful in showing me the products available for my roof and why certain materials from Owen Corning have different grades of reflectiveness. He was the best.

I gave a 1-star rating because Don Lavigne the person who signed it was only supposed to take an hour and it took 4 hours.
