both of the installers were willing to make all the items work but also double and triple checked the measurements!
The Kohler Luxstone is as good as we hoped it would be. Our new shower is beautiful and we are quite happy with it.
The product itself and the service from the installers would have received a 10, however the sales professional destroyed me ever recommending this company. He came into the home and promised that everything was included in the price, including mold removal. I'm fact his exact words were we expect there to be mold. Once the walls were opened there was indeed mold and a pretty bad case. It did require a specialist to remove and treat. The sales representative, Eric Bjornstad was contacted and we were told that because it was so bad they didn't cover it and to go through the insurance. Not at all what was said when he sold the product. I should have read the multiple forms I was signing but I trusted your representative and it cost over 4k that was not expected as an additional expense. I would never recommend this man to lie to another consumer.
Too expensive
I have enjoyed the tub. So relaxing. I was surprised at how deep it was. 3 family members have come over for baths to check it out. Wonderful.

It looks beautiful and the entire experience was wonderful. The customer service was beyond excellent! From the sales demonstration, to the gentleman on the phone I scheduled with and he followed up after the installation, to the courteous and professional install team!
the quick response to an issue I had
The work was quality was excellent and the crew was easy to work with. They did delay the work a day and never showed up before 9:30 - 10:00 on the days they worked. They did stay until the job was done into the early evening.
The company did a fantastic job. I would recommend with a 10.
Roberto and his team did a terrific job. Everyone was polite and went above and beyond in keeping our house as clean as they could for the work they were doing and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Wonderful salesman, professional and experienced. The installation went smoothly. The installer even suggested that the water turn on be placed as you step in the shower with the faucet on the other end. With my disabled husband it was easier to adjust the water without freezing or burns. I decided to go without
Shower doors and it made it so easy to get him in and out. When I investigated the company I found wonderful reviews.
Better communication
Wanted to be sure that I was receiving the best product, so I went with Kohler. The Pacific Bath of Tucson was excellent in their preview of the job. Joshua Meadmore met with me a couple of times to ensure that the parts and installation was on time and in the right place. . . As a salesman Joshua Meadmore had me sold with complete information that I needed to start the project.
The job was completed in the time stated. Many other companies promise a quick completion and do not hold to that promise

Every single thing happened exactly how the salesperson said it would. My shower was 24 years old and it means the world to me that I have a beautiful new shower!
The initial presentation by the Sales/Technician person was done well, as was the installation. I have no complaints about either of those aspects of the purchase. However, I'm quite disappointed with the final financial settlement which, due to an apparent miscommunication, ended costing me $538.02 more than I had anticipated. That was the difference between the cash price (which I had intended to pay) and the discounted price. In fact I wrote a check for the cash price the day of the sales call, but did not give it to the Sales Rep because I had to move some money around to make a cash payment of that size. My recollection is that he said he would stop back "in a day or two" to pick up the check. His recollection was that if he didn't get the cash price within 2 days, the discounted price would then be financed. An obvious case of mis-communication. We both believed we were correct. I know I was since I wrote the check that very day for the cash price. Water over the dam, but I still paid $538 more than I thought I was going to pay.
Over all everyone had been great to work with.
Good for aches and pains
What a wonderful experience this was. The salesman answered all of our questions, had samples for us to look at and the installers did a fantastic job.
It was a very expensive project, however I believe the quality of the materials and the workmanship overall met our expectations. Customer service with an issue with a nozzle was excellent and resolved quickly.

Everything went very smoothly. Completed within 1 day whereas the estimate was for 2 days. Roberto (Beto) and Adrian were very professional and efficient. The shower is great. Thank you very much!
