They did a great job installing our new front door and side lights.

They are very informative. I was scheduled ahead of the expected lead time. They said it might be 16 weeks, but they started the job by 10 weeks. Opal Enterprises is very punctual, and the crew was nice.

Everyone - everyone - at Opal is experienced and excel at their jobs. From sales, to project schedulers, to project manager to the actual crew. Everyone is excellent and care about doing their job. Also good value. Not the cheapest, but going cheap is not a good idea for home improvements. Dziękuję everyone.

Opal Enterprises, Inc. was very professional and knowledgeable. They were in constant contact, and the job quality is perfect. The follow-up is great too. I had some concerns, and they came back out.

I wouldn't say Opal is perfect, but will say there are better than most residential contractors I've worked with in the past. I feel the management and sales side is a well oiled machine, and makes sure the customer is happy but I feel there is some room for improvement on the workmanship side. Don't get me wrong, they are better than most.

I am very satisfied with my new windows and doors. The Opal representatives were all very professional and helpful.

Opal Enterprises, Inc. was very professional and upfront with everything, especially with the rough situation with prices right now. They walked me through all my different options, punctual. The best was the communication; I never felt like I was being neglected during any part of the project stage. They always let me know what was going on and gave me plenty of advance notice of any changes that needed to be made. The communication and professionalism were the big things for me.

Stephen was very helpful in helping select our door, was transparent about cost and timeline, and communicated with me every step of the way. Install was smooth and professional.

Opal was professional and did their job in a clean way. It was well-done everything looks great. They were clean, fast, and did an excellent job.

I was unhappy because they used scaffolds to put my siding up, and I have cement stairs. My stairs came loose, and they told me it was normal wear and tear. I did ask the project manager to repair them, but he gave the same response, saying it was normal wear and tear. I am now having to fix and issue that they created.

It took 7 months to get the work done. No one ever updated me on shipment of merchandise. They did do a good job when they finally did the work.

Generally happy with windows. There was miscommunication and misunderstanding regarding how windows would sit with existing sills.

We had such a good experience with everyone associated with our project. From Jesse and Ryan helping to make selections, and Jack making sure things happened, Special Kudos to Miro and his crew for making what could have been a stressful time into a pleasurable experience. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated and it was obvious that the whole crew enjoyed what they were doing and took great pride in their work. Finally, Indre and Steve were terrific in keeping us informed, on track, answered all our questions, and anticipated all our needs. The project turned out great. Opal has assembled a great customer focused team that delivers high quality professional work. They certainly earned our Highest Recommendation.
