This experience was a 10! Of the many remodeling projects that we have had done on our home these past 13 years, this was by far the best in every aspect. The competency and professionalism of the employees, and communication were outstanding.

The workers for the deck and siding were very good. They were responsive to my questions, thoughts and concerns and they consulted with me with how to proceed on some items. Their supervisor was also very responsive to my requests and questions and explained why things were done a certain way.

I would absolutely recommend Opal. From my first call to the finished work the whole team met my needs, communicated well and the quality of the product and professional installation was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely call them again when I am ready for the next project on my house. Thank you Opal!

Friendly and professional installers

The install process was a mess. We keep finding screws and nails up until now.
Also communication with install team for the missing piece to one of our storm door was a mess.

The business and people who work for the business are remarkable. From start to finish I was heard, informed, and received an excellent product installed correctly.

We used Opal to change out the front door. Jesse, our sales rep, was very helpful with selections and being upfront and honest on timeline from order to installation. Ty Ybarra kept in contact via email on scheduling. The install team was very conscientious on keeping everything clean, finished in a few hours. Bottom line - quality product and quality installation. We would recommend Opal to anyone.
