Overall our experience using O'Lyn roofing was that the sales people were knowledgeable and professional and the installation crew worked efficiently. However, we had a leak in the new roof with the first rain after roof installation. Thankfully O'Lyn was able to repair the leak quickly.

I was fortunate to book my roofing job early. Thru O'Lyn I had some chimney brick work and groting started on Friday and completed on the following Monday. On Monday, O'lyn provided a crew of 12 -15 workers on that day and completed all soffit and ridge vent as well as all shingling. Yard was cleaned up and crew left by 5:00 pm. Dumpster and all waste materials were removed on Tuesday morning. Shawn O'Connor was the agent who came to my house prior to the start of the actual work, scoped out the requirements, and prepared a detailed presentation of what was needed. Most importantly, unlike another vendor I contacted, Shawn provided my a complete paper copy of the work to be conducted, along with a fixed price for each step.to be completed..

Large hip roof, 30x40. Crew showed up in the AM, cleared roof deck and replaced some wood as needed.Reroof was completed at the end of the day. Astonishing. Never had such a great experience until now.

The job required 2 return trips to correct for leaks due to improper installation. Holes were poked into the walls from falling debris and tar needed to be cleaned off of numerous locations. A wooden deck was scratched and a downspout dented.

When it came time to replace our roof, O'Lyn Roofing came highly recommended by a neighbor. It was very easy to set up an appointment with a Senior Diagnostic Specialist, in our case Shawn O'Connor. Shawn led us through the process and told us what to expect from start to finish. When it was time for the actual work to be done we were assigned a Field Supervisor, John Olen, who touched base with us every day of the project to let us know what would be accomplished that day. When he was not able to be on site he was available by phone as needed. Although rain did play a slight delay in the completion of the project, John again kept us updated on what to expect. The roof workers were hardworking, courteous and respectful of our property. Overall, it was a great experience!

There was going to be a rainstorm on the day of the project, so the crew came earlier. The crew was professional and finished before the storm came. They did everything well.
