They explained the whole process and what they were doing.also did it in a timely manner despite all the bad weather delays and went out of their way to finish the project. Dave went above and beyond to finish the project, coming out on his day off to finish it. Thank you so much for doing this project correctly.🤩

They are a reliable company, and provide good service, but the installation was put on backwards. They started at the wrong end of house. When the installer came, he left the heat tapes plugged in and didn't tell me, and my electric bill skyrocketed. I didn't know they were plugged in and I didn't have reason to go on the front porch to check. When there was a bad snow storm, I sent them pictures of the icicles created by heat tapes and I never heard back from them.

I asked if the poor weather was going to impact their work and they assured me that it would not be an issue. One of the workers put a foot through one of the ceilings in the bedroom and didn’t tell the site supervisor. I had to send pictures to them and tell them about it. There was also a leak between day one and two from the ceiling crawl space into the hallway from snow melt that luckily hasn’t created any permanent staining on my newly redone ceiling in the main part of the house. They did a very poor job of clean up and I still can’t park in the driveway because of all the nails. I asked them to come back with a magnet roller to clean up and he said he would and didn’t. Now he won’t answer my text. Still waiting to hear on the repair of the ceiling. I’m concerned about the quality of the job because of the waving I see in the tiles but I guess I will have to wait and see on that.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the entire process. We went through three different adjusters. We were given three different quotes. The work we were told was going to be completed wasn’t. The equipment we paid for wasn’t used.

Signed contract then heard nothing about a start date, called a few times and all I got was they will call back. I had other projects planned and couldn't start those til this was done. 2 months after signing contract work was started after several calls. The workers and site coordinator were great, so far excellent work was done, well see since it was put on in November and isn't warm enough to seal the shingles.
