Oak Creek Plumbing was very meticulous with good attention to detail.

My problem is that I had a leak, and they decided the leak was structural. It took them weeks to do it, and then they stopped in the middle of it. I was without a shower. They should have progressed right away and not put it off for 4 weeks

The work they did was great. The internal communication seems to have some issues.

They were very accommodating and professional and did a wonderful job. When someone asks who did the job, I always say Oak Creek Plumbing.

After we had signed the contract and paid for our project in full we received no communication as to when the project might start, around the 3 month mark I had to reach out to get the timetable, after receiving a time frame and that time passing without any communication I had to reach out again to inquire. I felt like we were being ignored and the project would have never began had I not been persistent in reaching out to the project coordinator.
