Very little update on the status of the work schedule was provided. Also did not get a detailed explanation of the cost and what was covered until phoning and requesting this information. Also the original loan payment did not process. I was not notified and had to call. The accounting dept. had the account charged number written incorrectly.

On time and friendly installers were neat and cleaned up everything

While the workmanship was outstanding, it took them three months to complete the simple shower and door replacement. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly, but the door was not measured correctly and the shelves were not in the original order.

Crew was very professional and kept me informed each step along the way.

Timely completion of install project, exactly as promised.

The team did a great job. Very pleased with the results. Love my new walk in shower!

Overall, the Onyx product is quality and the installation team was satisfactory. I would have liked to see better breakdown of prices of components vs. a lump sum price in the contract. I requested for a hard copy of the signed contract but never got one. I printed one myself using a saved online copy. We had to call the project manager several times on a minor question post installation. Same manager did not respond to email on the same inquiry.

They did an excellent job, but it is awfully costly.

Couteous and worked hard to do a good job

The Installer that did my Bathroom were excellent. The final installs was great and the House stayed Clean while they worked on the project.

Contract signed 05/30 for new shower that needed to be installed by 06/19 for new tenants. The Good: Materials arrived in time for 06/14 install by hardworking, professional install team that took 10 hours. A major piece was missing and LH made sure the part was delivered to complete the job. The Bad: Install team improperly installed the shower door that tenants flagged (+ for some reason install team moved the wall towel rack). The Good: LH complied with warranty; LH repair fixed the shower door, installed a bumper, and moved the towel rack back where it belonged on 07/16. The Bad: Installing the bumper created a gap in bathtub tile requiring spackle/grout and relocating the towel rack requires repainting the damaged areas of the wall. We asked LH to address those issues but they never followed up as promised and we have to pay out of pocket do that work ourselves. For a $10,300 + shower we expected better.

I would recommend Long Homes to anyone looking to redo their bathroom. They redid my whole bathroom in one day (13 hours) and did an outstanding job. My bathroom went from being very ugly to being beautiful, one that I am very proud of. I

Floor looks good and shower looks good, but had to correct a few things along the way. Floor is also soft where they has to cut subfloor. I would have personally added additional bracing instead of the method they used.

The product is Beautiful, it has really changed the look of the bathroom, it’s got the look of real quality!

The workmen who came, Harry and Juan, were very efficient in the installation of the shower. They knew exactly what they were doing, and rapidly did it. They took out the old and put in the new in less than a day's time. They worked until dark, but were so thorough in the cleanup, not damaging the house. I was amazed. I could not be more pleased with what they did, and the new shower is just great!

We didn't get what we paid for.
