Northwest Exteriors- Bakersfield installed a new front door and new front windows for me. I am not happy with them. I was led to believe the window seals will be sealed with Argon gas and they were not so there is no insulating properties.

The vinyl siding I had them install was done professionally and I am very satisfied with the results. I definitely recommend Northwest Exteriors for your siding needs.

The service was great. I worked with Mike Madghaw. He was great, knew his stuff in and out in terms of windows and the build quality, and answered all of my questions. I feel like I got a great deal and he was very personable. He was a great salesman.

The quality of the work by the guys that installed it was really good. They did good work.

Very uneven experience. Product quality very good. Installation quality in the end very good. Wait time much, much longer than competitors. Management excellent....saved the day in a project that could have blown up from installer misapprehensions.
If you can wait a very long time for delivery and just know that management is where the adults are Windows Hawaii can work out.

We recently had Northwest replace our 35+ year old windows with their DelMar line of windows. They are beautiful windows - we definitely notice a difference in the amount of outside noise we hear inside. The installer did wonderful work. Northwest also replaced our old siding with their LP Smartside California Front siding. We had a couple concerns with the installation that they graciously remedied. Very pleased with the final result and with the installer. Thank you Northwest Exterior!

I did a review for them right after they did the job. Everybody I encountered at Northwest Exteriors did a great job. Scott, the salesperson, did an excellent job and got everything set up. Sean, the project manager who does the walk-through before ordering windows, everybody, did a great job. The installers, Joseph and Timothy, did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for it to be better.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with them. Everyone involved, from the salesman, to the staff at their location, and those involved with the installation, all went very well, and they all had great customer service.

Excellent service, products and time line. Each person made sure we were happy with their service. Our views are so clear out of the new windows that it appears like there is no glass! Workers respectful and finished all work without a trace left behind. Perfect results of installation and caulking by Andrew and Ily was phenomenal! True artists of their craft. Windows open and lock easily and block most outside noises. Insulation factor for a heat wave diminished air conditioning use and I am sure the winter chill will be blocked as well.

I have recommended Windows Hawaii to everyone who is interested in windows, and at least my neighbor has used the company. I have recommended Windows Hawaii to myself, and all the windows of my house have been replaced in stages. Why to you fail at the very end???

Northwest Exteriors is a great company. They are really easy to work with and get a hold of. I've dealt with them a couple of times. The first time I worked with them, one of the windows broke from a bird hitting it, but they came out the next day to change the window. I couldn't be happier with them.

The entire experience from start to finish was so easy. We love our new windows and will definitely look at Northwest's other services now.

I may refer windows Hawaii to friends who have simple jobs with no reframing simply because of the competitive price. But I would inform them of the problems we had with install to insure the same mistakes didn’t happen in their home.

Second time customer. First window replacement was done at our Tracy Home in 2015. Second window replacement project was done at our vacation home in Sonora, July 2024. Anlin windows still performing well in Tracy. Salesman, Mike Madhaw, sold both jobs to us and now is the sales manager.

They walked me through the process of materials, what it was about, and let me feel the materials. I appreciated that they kept me in the loop about when things were getting done and what they were doing.
