I can't say enough about North Metro and how much they cooperated with me and the reconstruction company that was handling my house. There was a lot of problems with the reconstruction company and North Metro went way beyond the extra mile to help me get through all the stress that I was under. Brandy that works for them was the one that I dealt with and she is wonderful. So professional, understanding and helpful she made sure that I had the right help that I needed to get me through a really rough time. I can't say enough about the girls that worked at my house and helped me unpack and put things back in place they worked tirelessly to get the work done.I would have them work for me anytime.Dolores F

North Metro Mitigation Services, Inc. did a good job!

They were fantastic! They made it so easy for me. Everything was folded super nice when I got my clothes back and everything was hung up nicely. The whole experience was perfect!

They had great customer service, and everything was on schedule. I had no issues at all.

The personnel were very quick to respond. They were both very professional and informative after a quick assessment of the damage. They first informed me of what would be done and estimated the length of time I could expect for restoration.

When I got the non-salvageable list, there wasn't an explanation for it. I had two items that were cabinets and a TV. When I contacted my insurance company, I claimed it as the wrong item, so the pay was less.

They were able to come to my house quickly, on short notice, and began working immediately to begin the mitigation process when our basement flooded. The were so courteous and professional. They also provided the pack-out services to remove all the property from the flooded area and inventoried all the items and any damages they observed. They also worked directly with the insurance company to get approval for the work that was required. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing mitigation services!

I would recommend North Metro. They did exactly what they had planned and checked on us daily until the job was complete.

They were very good. They came on New Year's Day and made it where we could stay in our home. I hope this never happens again but if it does and I have to use someone I will call them.

Company did a good job, however I felt the scope was limited based upon the direction of my insurance company Allstate rather than taking additional steps recommended by a 2nd bidder. This is on my insurance company, not North Metro Mitigation. Just ensure you control who you engage to do this kind of work and not your insurance company sending someone without your prior approval.

And to top it off, we were out of the state when services were needed and rendered; returned home to a dry and safe home, thanks to you folks!!!

when my TOWNHOME flooded from a water break next door,i walked down stairs to water everywhere on the floors in the walls so i called my insurance company they got on it right of way.they called me back and said that north metro mitigation service was coming out the next morning my appointment was at 10;am they called and was at my house by 9:20 they asset my damages put my mind at easy by letting me know everything they needed to do and how long it was going to take.just like they said it would be between 3-5 days it took 5 days for me.because i had a lot of water in my walls that they had to tear out.very professional came back everyday to check and see how the drying was going.yes i will use this company again and recommend the company.THANHS

These men were great. Punctual, knowledgeable, dependable, conscientious, clean. When your largest asset is severely damaged, it is great to have a company come in and put your mind at ease. The noise of the equipment is annoying but the outcome is worth it.
