I worked with a guy named Matt. He went above and beyond regarding customer service and being there on time. We all had a little traffic that morning, and he called to let me know. I was really appreciative of that. I was having traffic the same day, and we were coming from different directions. His entire crew had traffic, the same day, from another direction. We all got there, and he called me on the way in and talked about it, and I said it's all good.

I spent a lot of money on your windows and installation. The windows are fine but concerning the installation, you destroyed my home security system. You said you could install new wired detectors on the windows which I agreed to for a cost of $2200. After they were done with the installation and left. I tried to set my security system and it failed. As of today, I have 10 windows out of 29 that are secured. I received one a quote for $3,300 to get the system running. I am really upset at North Georgia and could not give you a positive recommendation.

This is the second time they have worked on my daughter's house. The windows look and function great. The installers are very good about cleaning up and maintaining a very neat workspace.

I wish other contractors were as professional, punctual and knowledgeable and trustworthy as NGRW. This installation was so easy from the first contact to completion

We had work done before and it would be a huge cleanup process. There was only one installer that came in. He was always thoughtful to take his shoes off and stay on the plastic. We went all the way back to the purchase order, and when we realized it was during the installation. The project manager counted and said we're one window short. I was very pleased with what they were doing. I told them it was ok - just an honest mistake. The two owners came to my house that day to see how they were doing, and that topic came up. I said we came up one window short, and they stepped back. It was an honest mistake. They asked what they could do about it. Obviously, we'd order that last window, but I asked that they please quote me the best price that they could. They said they would take care of it. It was their fault, not mine. I was floored. Their windows are not cheap. There was a mistake made, and they took ownership of it completely. You don't see that very often anymore. That says a lot. Projects aren't going to go perfectly, but if there are issues, they are there to deal with them. That says a lot about their integrity.

Additional Comments - They came with a film crew and did a bunch of filming and took a bunch of pictures. I provided a video testimonial. I think they are making something for their website. I was very, very pleased from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services. It was one of the most professional dealings I have had recently.
