While the windows look great there were a number of communication issues within your company and with me that ended up being a big distribution to my family. My email was ignored by the install team and I was told the install would be completed in 2 days. The install team also did not communicate agreed upon details about the actual install to the install crew, mainly about the availability of my garage and the length of the install.

A neighbor liked the job so much that they came over and asked who did our patio doors. We gave them their number and told them how pleased we were with everything.

Great door, but expensive
