YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE NEUMANN'S ROOFING AND HERE IS WHY! If you don't park yourself in a lounge chair on your roof whist they are doing it to keep your beady eye on them doing it they will simply slap those shingles on and you would be none the wiser. Roofers conventionally conveyor belt the heavy rolls of felt up to your roof in prep as was done in my case. HOWEVER, once starting they heaved those heavy rolls off the roof. Why? one might asked. Because if they can get away without using them they save $$. Then my roof was LUMPY. The owner himself came out stating it was my uneven trellis's. NO it was not. It was the warped plyboard underneath that they neglected to replace. Be warned, if you are not watching very closely you will get a shoddy job

The workmanship seemed to be good, but they were a little slow getting back to me on a couple of occasions.

With the subcontractors for the paintwork, we still have some unresolved issues, but no issues with Neumann Construction & Roofing. Everything other than the roof is a 1-star rating, but the roof itself is a rating of 3-stars. We had an issue with the gutter replacement. They ran out of the correct color and indiscreetly put down another without our agreement.
