Sales reps weren’t pushy at all, no shady tactics like other companies. They actually listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and worked with me on both what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The whole thing moved forward without wasting time.
The roofing process was smooth from start to finish. No mess left behind, they cleaned as they worked. Took about 7 hours, maybe less, and it was like they were never even there. Solid job. I’ll definitely be recommending them. No one else compares.

Neighborhood did a great job on my roof. The inspection prior to making an estimate was very thorough and identified some issues other companies did not, giving me options on whether I wanted to address now or not. The communication prior to the installation was very good and the installation was handled quickly and professionally. While they were not my lowest bid, I am extremely happy with the work that was done and know that I will have peace of mind related to my roof for many years to come.

The assessment of the condition of my roof, including the attic space, was specifically detailed. The recommendations for materials and changes to the prior roof design were explained and all questions were answered. The process and timeline,( expectation and procedure), was clearly explained. Communication on every level was handled well by each individual responsible for their role for the job. Confirmation and detail follow-up was confirmed before proceeding with material orders.
The actual work was completed in a very timely fashion and "clean-up" of the site was inspected thoroughly.
Of the many different people I was involved with in regard to proceeding with my "order" everyone was pleasant, patient, and informative.

They were on time and very professional when they came to do the estimate. They installed the roof with 12 guys who were very polite and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up. They followed up a week or so later to make sure everything was to our standards, and it was clean around the house.

They were incredibly accommodating to our schedule and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. When a truck accidentally damaged a grate in our driveway, they went above and beyond by driving to Lansing the same weekend to pick up a replacement, which was installed just days after the incident. The owner personally called to apologize for the inconvenience. Truly top-notch service from start to finish!
